Every instructor goes through the same evaluation process — so the certification means the same thing everywhere.
Clinically Qualified
All instructors are practising doctors, nurses, or allied healthcare professionals active in neonatal, paediatric, or emergency care.
Instructor-Trained
Each faculty member completes a PNRC instructor-development course covering pedagogy, simulation, and standardised OSCE assessment.
Continuously Evaluated
Instructors are re-evaluated periodically and kept current with updated resuscitation guidelines aligned to international standards.
